under the sun

Most picture of the bridge are taken from a distance or on top looking down on the landscape. This view was a gift at the end of a morning hike along the shore. The mist was thick and the sun burned through just as we followed the trail past the southern bridge abutment. The beams lit up bright green in the sun and reflected on the bridge deck above.
